Quotes Coordinator



Scope of Job:

Under the direction of the Director of Business Support to assure effective management of new and existing quote requests.



  • The QC is directly reporting to the Director of Business Support or an appointed Sr. Manager.
  • Functional liaison with clients, sales and Client Services, PMs (Project Managers) and other departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, Sales and Client Services.


Ensure the successful management and completion of quotes through professional project management within timelines, and within iSP quality standards.



  • Create, monitor, and update project quotes.
  • Ensure client’s approval of the initial quotes and changes.
  • Ensure proper administration of requests, assumptions, questions and other needs.
  • Maintain all project related (financial) administration related to the quotes phase.


  • Client communication – main point of contact for client communication on all quotes related matters; maintain smooth communication with clients, Sales en Client Services in this process.
  • Production staff – liaise between client and production staff; provide production staff with all information necessary for successful completion of the projects.

Quotes Execution:

  • Coordinate input from respective teams.
  • Support production staff in other departments when needed; trouble-shoot.
  • Ensure quotes submission by agreed deadlines.




  • Multitasking, solution-orientated.
  • Proven knowledge of localization process, some degree of technical insight.
  • Financial affinity.
  • Accurate working skills, attention to detail.
