Internship in Client Services - Barcelona




Opening for a Project and Account Management related position whilst working within our international Client Services Team, located in Barcelona. As TransPerfect is a leading provider of global business solutions (, the candidate would be involved in the successful delivery of various international services such as document translations from online content to print materials, websites, content workflow technology and quality assurance.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manages traffic and liaises with internal and external stakeholders on a project basis considering all aspects of a project: timelines, quality and budget
  • Analyses requests and briefs from internal and external parties to be best addressed and dealt with
  • Oversees the progress of ongoing jobs and helps ensure that they are on track on a day-to-day basis
  • Helps with the planning of tasks such as: internal reports, data collection and accurate data input
  • Supports the day-to-day needs of the Account Managers with administrative duties related to invoicing
  • Supports with the preparation of offers based on the clients' requirements after understanding and analysis of a brief
  • Actively participates to internal meetings and to various team training sessions.


Essential skills and experience required:

  • Be able to sign an internship agreement with your University
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (other languages would be an asset)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Detailed oriented and quality driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
