Quality Assurance/Compliance




The Global Quality Lead implements and maintains linguistic quality management methodology, providing support to the company and our customers. You will be responsible for growing global linguistic support and quality management initiatives, providing critical support, tools and insights to help us scale up global quality solutions. We are looking for forward-thinking professionals who are more interested in how things could become and who can thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Own the quality of one or more dedicated account(s) or projects.
  • Develop and deploy methods to improve quality management.
  • Evaluate project specifications and formulate risk-appropriate LQA strategies, including the implementation of quality control steps.
  • Help analyze feedback forms and any client feedback related to a set of languages or a specific language.
  • Monitor and analyze quality dashboards for program managers, production team members and executive consumption.
  • Manage process through the review step, participating in the selection and organization of reviewers, training initiatives, development and evaluation.
  • Put corrective actions in place where service falls short of expectations.
  • Oversee the results of the review step and resolve questions from linguists and in-country reviewers throughout the project life cycle.
  • Train partners in terms of linguistic processes, tools and linguistic quality management.
  • Advise on resource selection upon request.




  • Strong linguistic background
  • Highly analytical with dependable attention to detail and effective researching skills
  • Known for having an inquisitive nature as well as excellent record keeping and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
  • Use creativity to solve big-picture problems while remaining detail-oriented to solve the smaller ones.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with CAT tools


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in linguistic quality management or similar positions
