Responsibilities

We are seeking goal-oriented, organized, energetic and talented individuals who have a passion for problem-solving. With primary responsibilities in the areas of Logistics, Quality Assurance and Project Management, the mission of the Client Services team is to retain and grow client relationships by orchestrating the entire project lifecycle and delivering a superior level of customer service. 

 

The Client Services team onboards and leads the implementation of eDiscovery and litigation support projects at TransPerfect Legal Solutions. 

 

  • Respond to client requests for new project initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with various members of the production, tech and sales teams to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimates. 
  • Frame project instructions, specifications and deadlines in internal job tracking system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client contacts and fulfill client expectations.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle; monitor and communicate project progress; ensure strict adherence to deadlines, protocols and budgets and ultimately produce high quality deliverables.
  • As needed, execute and QC reprographic output, electronic file conversions and document productions, including e-labeling and numbering, bates stamping, creating load files, performing OCR and other duties to support our tech teams with culling, processing and hosting electronically stored information.
  • Experienced candidates will be called upon to provide training and guidance on best practices to support process improvement and optimization and to aid in scoping and developing technical solutions.
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or JD degree preferred.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportional percentages. Ability to apply these concepts to develop practical solutions.
  • Working knowledge of electronic and paper discovery operations, including document imaging, printing, metadata coding, and electronic data processing.

Desired Skills

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); MS Access a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures
  • Build relationships with clients and co-workers
  • Must work independently and as part of a team 
  • Ability to problem solve and commit to a high level of service
