GlobalLink Technology Services Engineers will provide our customers with excellent technical assistance on our product offerings.


  • Understanding of GlobalLink technologies
  • Monitor and respond to internal and client users queries via the Support Center
  • Troubleshooting of technical issues
  • Control and license generation of GlobalLink applications
  • Working with bug tracking software
  • Documentation of issues for Knowledge base
  • Posting and maintaining information on Intranet
  • Self-training to better understand technologies
  • Conduct application training programs for custom developed software
  • Delivery of applications training via classroom and eLearning platforms
  • Learning new programs and creating training materials for new and existing software


  • BS in Computer Sciences/Engineering
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Strong overall technical knowledge
  • Experience with virtualization
  • Excellent skills with Windows
  • Mac OS, Unix and Linux knowledge a plus
  • Enjoy working with people and being part of a team


Skills preferred:

  • Experience with technical support and bug reporting tools, identifying, documenting and tracking support issues and defects
  • Previous experience with localization engineering
  • Experience with testing website and web applications
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications
  • Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  • Experience with hardware and software issues
  • Working knowledge of writing, executing test scripts and understanding software testing methodologies
