Team Assistant




To provide administrative support to the department as a whole as it relates to certifications, networking, documents organization, and other non-core competency aspects of the business. 



  • Juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain the database and spreadsheet updated  
  • Formatting using .doc, .PDF, and .xls files; importing images from PDF files to Word document, etc.
  • Organizing documents; scanning hard copies on to the network; printing files for big jobs
  • Complete administrative tasks including project set-ups, creating and tracking schedules for individual projects and department
  • Liaise with sales staff to ensure all projects are submitted properly
  • Assist Project Managers with certain aspects of the life-cycle of all language/translation projects
  • Assistant Department Manager to ensure all projects are assigned
  • Organize monthly breakfasts for the team and assist with other team event organization
  • Perform other special projects and duties when required



  • Vocational Education and Training (VET or Formacion Profesional de Grado Medio) or Certificate of Higher Education (HNC or Formacion Profesional de Segundo Grado)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (including formulas, functions, pivot tables, scripts and excel based application development)
  • Strong problem solving abilities and analytical tasks
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to perform in high pressure situations
  • Willingness to help with a variety of programs and tasks
  • Well organized and self-motivated
  • Effective time management
