To provide administrative support to the department as a whole as it relates to certifications, networking, documents organization, and other non-core competency aspects of the business.
- Juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain the database and spreadsheet updated
- Formatting using .doc, .PDF, and .xls files; importing images from PDF files to Word document, etc.
- Organizing documents; scanning hard copies on to the network; printing files for big jobs
- Complete administrative tasks including project set-ups, creating and tracking schedules for individual projects and department
- Liaise with sales staff to ensure all projects are submitted properly
- Assist Project Managers with certain aspects of the life-cycle of all language/translation projects
- Assistant Department Manager to ensure all projects are assigned
- Organize monthly breakfasts for the team and assist with other team event organization
- Perform other special projects and duties when required
