The Client Services team at (TDC) is seeking a goal-oriented, energetic and talented individual who has a passion for problem solving. The role of Account Manager is to retain and grow client relationships while managing the lifecycle for projects in over 100 languages. Ideally you will demonstrate an ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and co-workers, work independently and as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service.



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client contacts
  • Respond to client requests for new project initiatives
  • Collaborate with various members of the production and sales teams to assess the scope of work
  • Attend sales meetings, sales calls and prepare RFP responses
  • Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture
  • Perform workflow design and onboarding for localization services and technology implementations


About You

You experience includes:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 1-3 years experience in client-facing role
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
