Director of Strategic Accounts – ESG

Summary:’s Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) seeks an experienced Director of Strategic Accounts to support the growth of our ESG division’s existing business. As the successful candidate you will bring your knowledge of the localization field; experience in software development, content development and/or test domain industries (including marketing, business development or product management).  You will also have a strong client relationship focus in a consultative sales model with a proven track record of success. 



  • Develop new revenue opportunities to expand strategic relationships with targeted existing Enterprise customers
  • Leverage existing relationships to promote our various lines of business and our integrated services
  • Proactively support cross-selling efforts including: loc, test, software dev, content dev, multimedia, interpretations, technology
  • Support clients in their effort to develop new business concepts, workflows, delivery models
  • Ensure excellent delivery for all current work; develop strategic growth plans while maintaining program continuity
  • Lead and support SOW/contract negotiations with key customer decision makers
  • Monitor project progress and profitability with operations; foster mature account governance and reporting
  • Continually identify areas for improvement and innovation
  • Measure and maximize customer satisfaction with all technology and services delivered
  • Serve as the escalation point for customer relationship issues
  • Learn about other service units and represent entire service portfolio at Enterprise accounts


About You:

As a Director of Strategic Accounts, you are a:

You experience includes:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 8+ years experience in large scale localization solutions delivery
  • Individual ownership of high-revenue client relationships
  • Knowledge of large contract proposal and negotiation process
  • Ability to identify and close new business
  • Strong negotiating & change management skills.
  • Proven experience in leading strategic initiatives and global teams.
  • Strong presentation & problem solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a new business development environment
  • International and U.S. travel as necessary (up to 20%)
  • German language fluency a plus
