Job Description:
The Project Manager is the point of contact for a vast array of TCS accounts across several fields including fashion, lifestyle and retail. The PM will be responsible for running the creative process from pitch to brief to delivery. Working closely together with our sales and resourcing department, planning, budgeting and reviewing the creative output are core tasks.


Job Tasks:

  • Supervising the entire life cycle of a localization project (quoting, translation/copywriting, Quality Assurance, Desktop Publishing, Testing)
  • Act as brand guardian and advising/guiding our team of writers on brand and channel specific communication styles (ecommerce, social media, etc)
  • Attending briefs and briefing each team of talents assigned to a specific project
  • Helping create style & brand guides in line with our clients’ needs and communication preferences
  • Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, and ultimately produce high quality deliverables
  • Client communication – main point of contact for client communication; maintain smooth communication with clients, Sales en Client Services on all project related matters




Job Requirements:

  • Previous project management experience
  • You are passionate and curious about brands and the overall culture of the digital, fashion and lifestyle landscape
  • A degree in Marketing, Fashion, Creative Translation or related (desirable)
  • You are an agile, detail and goal-oriented personality, driven to succeed and always up for a challenge!
  • You must be strategic, a forward-thinker, an effective communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to maintain appropriate and consistent brand voice, tone and style across all local copy
  • Ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
  • German or Dutch native is a plus!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
