    TransPerfect seeks a bright, self-motivated Client Services Project Manager (PM) to join our growing company and work on language translations projects for our global life sciences clients. Your work will directly impact our worldwide client base with new clients being added every week. As a Client Services PM you will oversee scheduling, trafficking, and management of all data, personnel, and resources from hand-off through project completion to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client contacts
    • Manage multiple ongoing projects and relationships with clients, team members, and vendors
    • Deliver professional quality deliverables on time and on budget
    • Manage budgets, schedules, files, vendors, and clients to ensure successful delivery of projects
    • Proactively address or communicate challenges, concerns, and process improvements
    • Respond to client requests for new project initiatives
    • Collaborate with various members of the production and sales teams to assess the scope of work
    • Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture


    About You:

    Your experience includes:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
    • 2+ years Project Management experience
    • Ability to prioritize activities on a daily basis to accomplish project goals
    • Ability to generate and maintain budgets and schedules
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English
