    TransPerfect is seeking outstanding and diverse candidates for a Client Services role to help our clients operate more effectively in the global marketplace.  As a successful Client Services Representative (CSR) candidate you will have an interest in pursuing a career in technology customer service, project management, and/or production.     • Provides 24/7 helpdesk support for clients and their users on the TransCEND Virtual Data Room and TransPort Translation web applications
    • Provides phone support for users calling the support phone line
    • Responsible for managing the individual projects on the TransPerfect Interactive applications
    • Works with site administrators in the creation of the site and training end users on using the application
    • Work as part of a global support team with staff located in New York, London and Tokyo
    • Responsible for performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of application new features/functions

    Your Experience Includes:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience in customer service
    • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows Operating systems
    • Ability to quickly and effectively learn to support TransPerfect Interactive’s web-based applications
