  • Responsibilities

    The Associate, Americas Strategic Alliances (ASA) will play an integral role in the continued success and development of’s partner program, PartnerLink. As a ASA you will support the Senior Director in building strategic partnerships to support business development in the Americas.  A successful ASA will have the ability to multitask, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, and build relationships with clients and co-workers.



    • Develop an understanding of the competitive advantages of’s services and technologies
    • Facilitate the alliance engagement process, including monthly and bi-monthly activities
    • In coordination with sales, support new opportunities with your managed partners
    • Take an active role in learning about each partner’s industry, company culture, and goals
    • Track and report all customer and partner interactions within the company’s CRM systems
    • Support activities involved in building partner marketing materials

    Your experience includes:

    • Minimum 5 years experience in sales or alliances
    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
    • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
    • Previous experience in a high tech environment with ability to communicate issues related to web technologies
    • Good analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Willingness to travel for client pitches and partner events
