As an Account Manager, you will manage key client accounts and oversee the entire life-cycle of projects.  You will oversee all aspects of project coordination (scoping, quoting, launching and management of all data, personnel and departments involved) from hand-off through project completion, to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery. As a successful Account Manager you will effectively establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, sales and production teams worldwide.


  • Review and understand client orders and project deliverables, determine production milestones and preemptively flag any concerns and/or questions prior to kick-off.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the impact of their content by understanding end-use and target audience and advising on the best approach for localization
  • Collaborate with various members of the production and sales teams to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimates
  • Align with multiple production departments and technical teams to ensure deliverables meet or exceed quality and turnaround expectations.
  • Analyze delays and production hurdles and immediately escalate delays or roadblocks, whilst providing alternate solutions for approval.
  • Ensure billing and invoice queries are handled in a timely manner
  • Assist in planning ramp-up initiatives through collaboration with Vendor Management and Training Teams.
  • Monitor project statuses and KPIs. Prepare project reports, progress summaries, and/or related data.
  • Proactively identify potential client issues with ongoing projects

Your experience includes:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years experience in a client-facing role in the media/audiovisual localization industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages would be an asset
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a client facing role managing client expectations
  • Ability to work independently and manage time in a fast-paced environment
