Responsibilities

Assist with partial portions of support to existing clients, and managing and coordinating the completion of all language projects assigned to Client Services Associates. Individuals in this role are more inclined to stick to a Project Management-oriented career path (working to become an Administrative Coordinator and progressing to Senior Administrator).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general admin support for the team
  • Participating in the full CSA training program
  • Organizing, updating, and networking documents
  • Maintenance of client portals and internal databases
  • Data entry; responsible for tracking and accuratelyreporting all job submissions into the departmental spreadsheet
  • Assisting with study budgets for new work.
  • Ensuring that client e-mails are answered within 2 hours by the team.
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required.

Qualifications

  • Requires at least a four-year degree
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
  • Ability to effectively multitask in order to simultaneously execute multiple projects
  • Exceptional problem solving/critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines
