  • Responsibilities

    TransPerfect’s Operations Team is responsible for the company’s global operations and facilities management. This highly adept team is looking to further grow by hiring a Procurement Administrator to manage all vendor relations. The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for managing, organizing, and directing operations between TransPerfect and all global vendors.


    • OPS/IT purchase admin
      • Work with teams on obtaining proper approvals for purchases
      • Track and ensure delivery of purchased goods
      • Purchasing reconciliation
    • Maintain accurate records and control reports (e.g. preferred vendor list. Inventory management)
    • New Vendor Administration
      • Obtain necessary information/documents
      • Create Vendor in Accounting System
    • Issue RFPs
      • Research vendors and suppliers to obtain the highest quality items at the lowest possible price
    • Create and administer a Supplier Diversity Program
    • Contract management for services such as Telephone / Internet service
      • Get a handle on current disputes and problems
      • Future negotiations and RFPs
    • Vendor Relations – e.g. coordination of relationship with Staples for:
      • Fulfillment for proprietary items
      • Office supplies
      • Restrict current open ordering
    • Credit card program management

      • Send out reports monthly to each user
      • Make sure reports are returned with user input info on time
      • Review for adherence to policy
      • Notify  user when out of policy
      • Approve in Concur
    • Streamline and put new process in place for Coffee/Pantry supplies nationally
      • Coffee AM
      • NMP Coffee company
      • United Naturals
    • General office assistance


    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree 
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Good written and verbal communication
    • Detail oriented
    • Must have a desire to shop while saving money, getting the best deals, obtain free shipping, etc.
