Solutions Engineer

We are changing corporate B2B technology, through a consumer-focused and tech-driven approach, and are looking for a Solutions Architect to work closely with our global clients.


As a Solutions Architect, your day to day will include:

  • Guiding and training clients via in-person, phone, and email communication
  • Collecting feedback from users
  • Accurately understanding core client needs and requirements
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met
  • Demo-ing and explaining the tool
  • Understanding complex client web applications, with a focus on in-depth customizations
  • Setting appropriate client expectations
  • Troubleshooting problems as they arise
  • Working side by side with the Special Projects Tech team in a collaborative, energetic, and creative environment


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Able to present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized way
  • Able to understand client organizations well - and match their needs to what we have to offer
  • Able to manage time well and correctly prioritize tasks
  • Excellent follow through and creativity when roadblocks peak
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written are a must
  • Meticulously detail oriented
  • Self-starter
