  • Responsibilities

    Position responsibilities:

    • Manage production of translated e-learning projects using Flash, Articulate, Lectora, Captivate, and other e-learning applications.
    • Perform daily hands-on editing of multiple translated projects in coordination with a Project Manager and a Production Manager.
    • Functionality of course is already designed and the focus is on format/layout and UI of the course and integration of translated content.
    • Implement fixes coming from bug reports after linguistic or functional testing.
    • Maximise the use of technology in all steps of editing and changes implementation.


    • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
    • Good knowledge of e-learning courses and related systems like AICC/SCORM LMS
    • Experience with Flash is a must
    • Superb analytical skills
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English)
    • Good knowledge of Flash, Articulate, Lectora, Captivate, and other e-learning applications.
    • Desire to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player
    • Organized and motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
    • Must be flexible with hours to accommodate project deadlines

    Desired Skills:

    • Fluency in another language a plus
    • Localization, e-learning, and technology related experience desired
