  • Responsibilities

    Maintain a deep understanding of Trial Interactive product from a technical perspectiv

    Manage and coordinate major client integrations

    Solve client problems using a variety of analytical and technical tools including developing innovative solutions, troubleshooting client-side code, querying databases, and analyzing results

    Communicate to clients and internal partners to drive success of partnerships and guide product enhancements

    Drive product innovation by presenting client feedback to product teams and creating short term workarounds

    Evangelize new products and assist clients in the integration and adoption of features to help ensure long-term success of the campaign


    0-1 years of relevant work experience

    Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering

    Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and SQL, .NET, IIS

    Good understanding and working knowledge of databases

    Know to write SQL Server queries and database procedures

    Website hosting

    Excellent written and verbal skills

    Hard working, team-oriented, bright, creative, cooperative, and exceptional problem solving skills

    Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.


    The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for qualifying, integrating and maintaining Trial Interactive systems. This role interacts with all members of the operations team, partnering with sales, account management, product, engineering, and creative. The ideal candidate will ultimately be an expert in the inner workings of Trial Interactive technology, have the ability to easily guide a technical integration, and display excellent communication and project management skills to launch and extend technical partnerships.
