  • Responsibilities

    As a Client Services Representative you are an integral part of the TransPerfect Legal Solutions team. We are currently looking for energetic and dynamic team members to assist our Logistics team. Successful candidates will have an interest in pursuing a career in customer service, logistics, sales and/or production. This is an entry level position, but as a growing company we need driven and forward-thinking team members who value growth and advancement.



    • Lift and carry boxes and other items that weigh up to 25 lbs. each
    • Push a dolly and magliner filled with boxes that weigh up to 25 lbs. each
    • Drive a van and navigate to various locations throughout the tri-state area and occasionally beyond
    • In-take and communicate reprographics (print, copy, scan) project specifications
    • Represent our company on client premises
    • Communicate with clients regarding deliverables and other inquiries
    • Adhere to and enforce various processes and procedural guidelines
    • Fill-in as a Document Specialists when needed to scan, copy, print, and bind projects in-house
    • Oversee the lifecycle of an assigned reprographics project until delivery to client
    • Other duties as needed

    Your experience includes:

    • A High School Degree or GED
    • A valid and active driver's license
    • A clean driving record
