• Internship in Quality Assurance

  • Responsibilities



    The Quality Assurance department overviews all production teams to investigate complaints or issues detected, manages positive feedback, and also makes sure internal procedures are being followed. Therefore, an intern in this department will be trained in different fronts: QA procedures, Production procedures and Vendor Management procedures. An internship in this department will bring the opportunity of having a global perspective on how an international company deals with Quality and ensures consistency of the translation work provided to its clients.


    Position responsibilities:

    • Processing of ISO feedback forms
    • Investigation of internal feedback forms, including training on production internal procedures
    • Processing of positive feedback forms, as needed
    • Trending and Analysis of ISO Feedback forms
    • Preparation of reports, as needed
    • Assist with any other QA activities, as required


    Essential skills and experience required:

    • Be able to sign an internship agreement with the University you are enrolled in
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Effective time management
    • Some linguistic/Translation background
    • Good communication skills
    • Proactive, can-do attitude
