• Internship in Language Quality Management

  • Responsibilities

    The Language Quality Management (LQM) Team helps define linguistic quality management methodology, providing support to the company and our customers. You will be responsible for supporting the team in executing and scale up global quality solutions. We are looking for forward-thinking professionals who are more interested in how things could become and who can thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment.



    • Create and manage glossaries and style guides
    • Support to build specialized teams for reference material creation
    • Support to create training materials, checklists and work instructions for the LQM team
    • Monitor and analyze quality reports for account quality guidance: identify trends and issues and communicate with the internal teams.
    • Help analyze internal and client feedback related to a set of languages
    • Participate in the setup and implementation of quality control steps
    • Help develop best practices for language quality management
    • Drive community management within our team of linguists
    • Any other supporting task within the LQM team requirements


    • Strong linguistic background
    • Highly analytical with dependable attention to detail and effective researching skills
    • Known for having an inquisitive nature as well as excellent record keeping and time management abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Proactive, can-do attitude
    • Use creativity to solve big-picture problems while remaining detail-oriented to solve the smaller ones
    • Able to sign an internship with your university
