  • Responsibilities

    • To be responsible for the entire life-cycle on all Quality Services projects: oversee all aspects of project coordination (scheduling and management of all data, personnel and resources) from hand-off through project completion, to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery
    • Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Understand and abide by individual project instructions
    • Comply with all ISO regulations, processes and procedures
    • Liaise with Sales Staff to clarify and correct project parameters
    • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contractors
    • Negotiate rates and deadlines with contractors to maximize profitability and efficiency
    • Effectively manage contract and full-time employees
    • Impose sanctions in a timely fashion on contractors as appropriate when a poor or untimely product is returned
    • Trouble-shoot projects’ problem
    • Investigate client complaints
    • Discuss issues with clients and Sales Staff and creatively problem solve to alleviate issues


    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset
    • University Degree (preferably in linguistic/translation related studies)
    • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in corporate environment
    • Detail orientation with the ability to multitask
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
    • Experience in translation and localization project management would be a strong advantage
