  • Responsibilities



    The Intern will play an integral role in the continued success and development of the company’s partner program, PartnerLink. The intern in this role will support the Manager of Global Strategic Alliances in executing the tactical activities involved in building and maintaining an alliances program for a software company.


    Position responsibilities:

    • Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of’s services and technologies
    • Facilitate the alliance engagement process
    • Track and report alliance partner performance
    • Take an active role in learning about each partner’s industry, company culture and goals to build a lasting relationship and alignment
    • Track all customer and partner interactions within the company’s CRM and ticketing systems
    • Support other partnership activities as requested by the Manager of Global Strategic Alliances


    Essential skills and experience required:

    • Be able to sign an internship agreement with the University you are enrolled in
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset
    • Familiarity and ability to communicate issues related to web technologies, desktop publishing software, database and network environments, etc.
    • Good analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to work well as a team with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures
    • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with clients and co-workers
    • Effective time management and ability to multitask
    • Proactive, can-do attitude, and be able to take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service
