    Position Summary:


    Opportunity to shadow and work alongside the Trial Interactive team in our Barcelona city centre offices. TransPerfect is a leading provider of international business solutions, working with 95% of the Global Fortune 1000. TransPerfect’s solutions include document translation, website localization, workflow technology, virtual data rooms, content authoring and tools and more.


    Trial Interactive offers a variety of e-clinical solutions and services which accelerate the processes associated with global clinical development, CRO outsourcing and management, biotechnology and pharmaceutical study start up, pharmacovigilance and safety reporting, electronic Trial Master File, product licensing and alliance management, and more.


    Position responsibilities:

    • Work alongside the Trial Interactive team in Barcelona to learn about the business unit and liaise with different departments such as Quality Assurance, Sales and Project Management teams

    • Administrative tasks and office coordination

    • Assist in the CAPA management process which enables continuous improvement

    • Assist with clients' questions and requests for information (RFI) as needed

    • Assist supervisor with any other QA activities as required such as management of the Quality Management System

    • Assist the Project Team and work on cross-functional teams on the implementation and management of client projects

    • Assist the Sales team with lead generation


    Essential skills and experience required:

    • Be able to sign an internship agreement with your University

    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset

    • Business or Technology related studies

    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

    • Interest in compliance and/or technology

    • Effective time management

    • Good communication skills

    • Proactive, can-do attitude
