• International Payroll Specialist

  • Responsibilities

    • Providing advice on all payroll queries

    • Collecting and preparing information and ensuring any payroll related transactions are processed and submitted to each international location payroll service providers by the payroll cut-off date each month

    • Reviewing the monthly payroll files and making sure all supporting documentation is available for checking

    • Being accountable for the international payroll reports and ensuring any errors are rectified before submission for monthly salary payment 

    • Managing international payroll processes and ensuring the processes are efficient and fit for purpose with continuous improvement as required.

    • Partnering with international payroll service providers to ensure the Company’s payroll practices are implemented and resolve any procedural issues

    • Ensuring the HRIS (e.g. ADP etc.) is up-to-date with changes to pay prior to payroll deadline and submit accurate information to relevant parties

    • Analysing and auditing payroll data and addressing any issues and/or making recommendations to improve business efficiency

    • Supporting international salary and bonus review processes and compiling salary and bonus reports

    • Coordinating with the Finance/Account and Payroll department on social security contributions payment related activities and to reconcile with the database and previous months’ payments

    • Keeping abreast of developments and trends in international compensation & benefits legislative requirements and best practices


    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations or related field

    • Min. 2 yeas of related payroll/HR experience

    • Expertise in international employment / labor law would be a plus

    • Fluency in English, both verbally and written communication

    • Good analytical skills

    • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

    • Impeccable organization skills High dependability
