  • Responsibilities

    • Assist the global Strategic Account Solutions team with certain aspects of the life-cycle of all language/translation projects as well as various administrational tasks such as assisting with project billing, respond to clients where applicable, assist in ensuring timely communication is upheld and certain technology maintenance and organizational tasks.
    • Juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Billing; contacting stakeholders to resolve issues such as invoice/word count discrepancies; data entry
    • Take meeting minutes and assist in communication updates and information within the team
    • Assist the team with technology platform cleanups, reporting and tracking
    • Supporting the team with email organization and follow up to ensure set SLAs are being met
    • Complete administrative tasks including project set-ups, invoicing support, creating and tracking schedules for individual projects and department
    • Liaise with production staff to ensure projects are submitted properly and assisting to resolve any quires


    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset
    • University Degree (preferably in linguistic/translation related studies)
    • Detail orientation with the ability to multitask
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Effective time management
