With primary responsibilities in the areas of Project Management, Logistics, and Quality Assurance, the mission of the Client Services team is to retain and grow client relationships by orchestrating the entire project lifecycle and delivering a superior level of customer service.
The Client Services team onboards and leads the implementation of eDiscovery and litigation support projects at TransPerfect Legal Solutions.

Evening Shift (Mon-Fri 3pm-11:00pm)
Flexibility to work rotating shifts on a weekly basis, including weekends and evenings.
Superior written and spoken communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and an outgoing personality, with willingness to take initiative on new projects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment; collaborating with numerous teams across multiple departments, all with the goal of providing exceptional client service and delivering a superior product to all clients at all times.
Willingness to work under pressure, juggling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, all while remaining calm, collected, and professional.
Desire to build external relationships with clients, and internal relationships with peers/coworkers from other departments.
