The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for interviewing, scheduling testing, and referring applicants for Interpreters (In-Center and Remote), Customer Service Agents, and Tier 1 Tech Support positions throughout TransPerfect Connect division. The Recruitment Specialist will bring new ideas, strategies, and play a critical role in ensuring hiring top talent for our teams. The Recruitment Specialist will work out of our Tempe, AZ Office.
