  • Responsibilities

    Scope of the job:

    Under the direction of the Support Department Manager to assure accurate and effective planning for the Support team (Engineering, DTP and QA).



    Ensure that all tasks that are planned and sent for Engineering, DTP and QA are scheduled in a timely and accurate manner. It is further required that confirmations and communication hereof are sent back to the Project Management team.



    • Manage all planning requests for the Support team from all Project Managers.
    • Keep a close eye on incoming email throughout the day.
    • Understand the request, filter out the necessary information and add the details the Support team task list.


    • Department manager – communicate any planning issues (too many requests, overbooking of resources, etc.) to the department manager in a timely manner so that a solution can be found quickly.
    • Support team – communicate with Engineering, DTP and QA team which tasks have been scheduled for each of the members.
    • PM department – communicate with the Project Managers that tasks have been scheduled according to the needs or raise any concerns in a timely manner.



    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
    • Detail orientation with the ability to multitask
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Understanding of different file types from the industry is a plus to understand the complexity of each request
