  • Responsibilities

    • Provide human resources support to two rapidly growing call centers.
    • Review and implement office policies.
    • Ensure the company is always in compliance with applicable laws.
    • Partner with Employee Relations Manager and Director of Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues.
    • Coach managers on documenting and delivering performance improvement plans.
    • Partner with Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Director to conduct investigations regarding employee complaints. Prepare documentation and reports on investigations and proposed actions.
    • Distribute paychecks and complete employment verifications.
    • Partner with HRIS team to update and maintain employee records.
    • Conduct exit interviews and complete unemployment claims.
    • Run reports using HRIS applications (ADP / iCIMS).
    • Distribute employee surveys and recommend action plans.
    • Partner with Benefits team to help assist employees with questions regarding benefits policies and administer leave of absences.
    • Other HR projects as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
    • Very strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skill required.
    • Experience with HRIS applications (ADP preferred).
    • Conflict resolution skills and effective problem solving abilities.
    • Solid understanding of AZ Paid Sick Leave


    Desired Skills:

    • Experience with a large temporary staff or call center highly desirable.
    • Experience with benefits administration highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with California employment laws
