• Support Team Assistant

  • Responsibilities




    To provide administrative support to the department as a whole as it relates to certifications, networking, documents organization, and other non-core competency aspects of the business. 



    • Act as a receptionist if necessary
    • Act as a mailroom clerk, sorm mail on a daily basis
    • Assist with Shipping and receiving
    • Act as an administrative assistant
    • Take care of office supplies
    • Take care of invoices
    • Scan, photocopy, and provide additional administrative support
    • Contact maintenance personnel when needed
    • Perform other special projects or duties when required
    • Provide support to the Vendor Management Team: assist recruiting external vendors (mainly printing and scanning documentation).
    • Provide support to the Local Training Team: maintain training tracker, invite employees to training sessions, prepare all training documentation for the final check.
    • Be able to organize the daily workload
    • Be flexible with changes of priorities and to work in a fast-paced environment



    • Related working experience
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel (including formulas, functions, pivot tables, scripts and excel based application development)
    • Strong problem solving abilities and analytical tasks
    • Great attention to detail
    • Able to perform in high pressure situations
    • Willingness to help with a variety of programs and tasks
    • Well organized and self-motivated
    • Effective time management
