  • Responsibilities


    The Client Services team is a global group of account management professionals who specialize in localization of websites, software, and e-Learning. The Client Services team is seeking an Account Manager who will cultivate client relationships with enterprise training groups and help them localize and launch global training initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and co-workers, work independently and as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service. 


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Respond to requests for new project initiatives and guide clients on best practices
    • Collaborate with business and technology contacts to understand their objectives, recommending best practices, and developing effective solutions for their e-Learning localization needs 
    • Develop project plans for localization of deliverables and execute by coordinating across language, engineering, and media production teams
    • Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, and oversee production high quality deliverables
    • Support the development of new business by attending sales meetings, participating in sales calls and preparing cost estimates, RFPs; travel to client meetings when necessary

    Your experience includes:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
    • Experience in an account management, client success, project management, or other similar role
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to resolving issues
    • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work across many systems, tasks and departments simultaneously
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience with MS project a plus
    • Experience in localization, e-Learning, education, or technology-oriented field preferred
    • Knowledge of a second language
